With over 9 years experience as a wellness coach, I have a true passion for seeing women thriving in every aspect, specially in fitness.

With determination and perseverance, I have managed to transform my body and mind. I have overcame obstacles, learned valuable lessons, and experienced the transformative power of healthy eating and regular exercise. Today, my mission is to share my knowledge and experience with others. As a health and wellness coach, I am dedicated to helping people achieve their goals in a healthy and sustainable way. I firmly believe that everyone can achieve the best version of themselves, and I am here to guide you on that journey to a fuller, healthier life.

After a lot of research and taking a hiatus from coaching for one year, I am truly confident I have the perfect formula to help my clients get great results, feel good about themselves, change their bodies and mindset, all while enjoying the process.
